Founder Kristin Gustafson (KG) is a highly accomplished, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in businesses ranging from high-growth start-ups, to Fortune 100 companies. KG's diverse industry experience includes pharma, medical device, and high-tech. Her broad range of expertise includes HR basics, team coaching, leadership development, organization planning and design, talent management, career management and training.
Before launching The Conduit Group LLC in 2007, KG held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Service for Cochlear Americas. Prior to Cochlear, she had been the Vice President of Human Resources for MGI Pharma (MOGN). KG has also done consulting work for companies such as: Pharmacyclics, Myogen, Nanfluidics and others.
